Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing and/or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You acknowledge that you own and are the copyright holder of all of the content and information you post on MCP.
You have the right to remove your content at any time. If you are unable to do so, please contact us so that we can remove your material for you.

For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like your photos, music and videos you specifically give us the following permission
and grant us a non-exclusive royalty-free, worldwide license to use content that you own and post on MCP.
This License ends when you advise us you wish to delete your content or your membership, unless your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

This is an all-ages site. However to post content you must be over the age of 13 or your parents will register on your behalf and agree to monitor and administer your content and information.
You agree that you are aware this is an all ages site so you will keep language and images free of profanity, excessively violent images, sex scenes, drug use and nudity. We reserve the right to remove content we feel is inappropriate.

You agree to abide by our Codes of Conduct before participating in discussions and uploading material in the Community areas.
Codes of Conduct

Acceptable Conduct-

* Please be aware of others' feelings AT ALL TIMES.
    * Feel free to offer guidance and support to members where appropriate and accepted.
    * In the chat rooms and forums please be aware this is an all ages site so please keep language and images free of profanity, excessively violent images, sex scenes, drug use and nudity.

Actions that will earn a Warning -

* In the chat room or on the forum, being abusive or using foul language.
    * Inappropriate photographs, images and usernames.You will be asked to change your photo or your username.
    * Inititating a debate which may make others uncomfortable or upset.
    * Not listening to the Moderators.
    * Hurtful accusations and insults.
    * Harmful gossip.
    * Continual angry posts in the forum.
    * Complete disregard for the rules.
    * Spamming the chat rooms or forum.

It is the Moderators place to make this a happy and peaceful environment.

If you would like to discuss a Warning, please keep this with Moderators and Admin only.

We like to give second chances where appropriate. There will be some exceptions to breakage of rules depending upon the circumstances.

But if a Warning is ignored, and the offending action repeated, this will lead to banning.

Once you are banned, there is no negotiation.

If you would like to report a violation of the rules, please speak to a Moderator or Admin.

Welcome to MCP. Your security and privacy are of the utmost importance to us.

MCP records IP information when you subscribe to any newsletter, fill in a contact form or participate in our Community areas.
This information is for administrative and identification purposes only and will not be shared with our partners or third parties.

MCP also collects general demographic information about visitors to our site.
The information we collect creates a broad picture of our visits from the general public rather than focusing on any one individual.
This information is used to continually refine our products and services and to identify the most popular areas of our site

At this stage, all our payments are processed through Paypal. Please refer to Paypal for their current policies if you have any questions.
We chose this payment method to ensure we do not store any of your credit card or banking information on any database. We will inform you if any payment processes change.

In the Community areas, you have options to receive updates as well as other features. You may access your User CP to change any of these settings at any time.

MCP does not have access to view or change your password in the Community area. If you lose or forget your password, click the Lost Password link and you will have a new password generated for you.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
Please do not to share the password with anyone.

This is an all ages site but users must be 13 or over to register for a membership.
Children under the age of 13 must be registered by a parent and also be fully supervised by their parent who monitors and administers their account.
Parents should consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers that help provide a child-friendly online environment.
These tools can also prevent children from disclosing online their name, address, and other personal information without parental permission.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure due to Internet hackers. Any upload of information or material is therefore at your own risk.
Once we have received your data, we will use security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
However, we cannot guarantee that any information you submit to us will be free from third party intrusion.

Log in, then let us know if you are Listener, Musician or Industry and we'll activate your membership as soon as we can.
In the meantime, you can complete your profile by going to User CP next to your name up top, go to Edit Settings and Edit Profile.
